Our investors receive their invested capital and any associated profits upon investment completion, generally before any profits are paid to the Developer. Depending on both our initial business plan and the overall market conditions, typical exits can include the re-zoning of a property, completion of a residential development and in certain cases, an early project exit, if it is in the best interest of our investors.
