PRESIDENT

Heera Singh, president of Haveli Developments Inc., has almost 20 years of experience in the Financial Industry, in roles ranging from financial management, lending, financing and real estate. He entered the financial industry at the young age of 17 and has never looked back, which translates to over half his life spent in the industry in various roles and disciplines. His vast experience in the industry has provided him great expertise and a unique perspective, which has allowed him to be part of financing over half a dozen projects. Heera has designations of both a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter.

PRINCIPAL

Iqbal Brar, Principal of Haveli Developments Inc., is a financial and business operations professional with over 15 years of experience in the asset management and real estate industry. At the age of 22, he purchased his first home – a small pre-constructions townhouse in his hometown of Brampton, Ontario. When he sold it three years later for a sizable profit, he realized the life changing potential in owning real estate. Since then, Iqbal has continued to invest in real estate but began his career in the Audit and Assurance practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Iqbal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, concentrated in the areas of Accounting and Finance. He holds the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant designation, both from the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
